We provide watercolour landscape painting courses, beginner watercolour instruction, Moravian landscape painting classes, and colour mixing workshops. These terms apply to all visitors and users of our platform.

Scope of Services

We offer online and in-person watercolour landscape painting courses designed for beginners in the Brno region. Our services include instruction in watercolour techniques, Moravian landscape painting, colour mixing methods, and related artistic instruction. Course materials, instructional content, and guidance are provided through our website and scheduled classes. All services are provided on an as-is basis to help students develop their watercolour painting skills. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation in our courses, as artistic development depends on individual effort and practice. Access to course materials is granted for personal educational use only.

User Obligations

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. You must not engage in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or negatively affects our website or other users' experiences. You may request termination of your account at any time by contacting us directly. Outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination status.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Czech Republic. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
